The window depicts one of the many miracles of jesus which are recorded in the New Testament.  This scene shows a woman presenting a daughter to Jesus as others (including a man with a halo-possibly an apostle) watch.

 

Scripture:  (Most likely!) Matthew 15:21-28.  As Jesus went through the area of Tyre and Sidon, a Canaanite woman called out for Jesus to heal her daughter who was possessed by a demon.  The disciples told Jesus to send her away "but she came and knelt before him saying 'Lod, help me" Matthew 15:25.  This story is also found in Mark 7:24-30 but the woman is a Syrophonician and her daughter is mentioned as being at home.
